IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes! We have off-street parking, with no time restrictions. Simply call the salon when you arrive at the boom gate and we can open it for you. Street parking is also free on the weekends.

Do you do tape extensions?

No, we currently only do keratin bond extensions and wefts.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

You can book directly by clicking the button in the top right-hand corner of the website. We also accept bookings via Instagram DM’s, text message, or email. You can find our contact details at the bottom of every page.

Can i bring someone to my appointment (including children)?

The more the merrier! You are more than welcome to bring someone along and we are very child-friendly. We do ask that you let us know if you are planning on bringing anyone so we can organize the best possible seating for your appointment.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! Dogs are encouraged. If you would prefer your appointment to be dog free please let us know upon booking.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

We send out a confirmation text a week before your appointment. If you do need to reschedule, the sooner you tell us the better. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours will require a $150 cancellation fee. A no-show (without compassionate reason) will mean you owe 50% of the appointment value.

How long will i be in the salon?

This does vary between appointments. It is best to ask reception when you are booking if you would like to know. Your stylist will also let you know at the beginning of your appointment.

i TRIED TO BLEACH MY HAIR AT HOME…CAN YOU HELP?

Yes! Our expert team of stylists specialise in colour corrections. You can book a colour consult through the booking page of the website if you would like to discuss in person. Alternatively, we do offer virtual consultations.

i’m new, do i need to have a consult?

We send out a text to every new client when they book in, asking for your hair history and photos etc so we will be prepared without seeing your hair in person. You are however more than welcome to book an in-person or Zoom consult via our booking page.
